We are proud not only of his quality as a foal producer, 4 Champion foals in 3 States, but also as a competitor, as he is now successfully competing on FEI level with his young rider Sophie Artup.
Icing on the cake is, that he is also daddy of this years 5yo DWTS Champion Dankesohn MBE, bred an ridden by Megan Bryant.

This is the big day of the horse breeders. Bluefields Stud presented 4 foals out of 4 different top quality mares, all sired by our home bred Stallion Bluefields Dankeschoen OLD (Desperados/Florencio). We can safely say that we are very very pleased that all 4 got an Elite award. Huge thank you to the ACE group team with the new assessor Jens Wehrmann. It's fair to say that we could learn a lot of Jens, a man who sees hundreds of top quality mares/foals in Europe.

Outstanding victory for Bluefields Dankeschoen

After winning the 5yo Bluefields Dankeschoen is winning again the NSW Young Horse Championship 6yo at the Sydney CDI 2019 with a recod score of 9.31

Our home-bred stallion Bluefields Dankeschoen with his rider Lisa Janke, won all his 3 comps of the 6yo championships;
1st round 9,30
2nd round 8,56
and the the Final with the overall highest score of 9,31 with a 9,5 of the guest rider Wendy Williamson and to top it off a 10,0! in walk awarded by the (3) top 5* judges. We are also very honored to receive the first Amanda Shoobridge award.

What an incredible Sydney CDI week for Bluefields Stud

What an incredible Sydney CDI week for Bluefields; Berlin and Elliot Patterson came 2nd in their 2nd ever PSG, continued with a 4th and a big win in the Adv to top it off with an other win in the Adv Freestyle with 76.9%!

Floreno and Alexis Hellyer had a shortened campaign due to Floreno being unwell. Very pleased to say he is fine again. Huge thank you to Alexis and Elliot for being so proactive re animal welfare.

Last but not least our own Lisa Janke competed in the 5yo class with our 2 home bred horses the Stallion Bluefields Dankeschoen and the mare Bluefields Ravenna. Her "princess" Ravenna finished with a very respectable 6th and "prince" Dankeschoen crowned our campaign with a fantastic win.

Very big thank you to Toni Venhaus and her organizing team and volunteers, to all the sponsors, to EQ Life live stream which allowed a wide spread audience to be part of it (we got very positive feedback from Switzerland and Germany!) and especially to all our fans, clients and supporter of dressage for making it a great event.
